Description

In this watercolor, I worked with a palette of three single-pigment to explore the interaction between light and shadow. The entire piece is built from these three colors, creating a strong contrast between the warm tones of the sky and the dark, graphic silhouettes of the road and utility poles.

I’ve classified this work in the Fire category because it captures a powerful moment at dusk, where the light of the setting sun becomes the main subject. My intention was to focus on composition and color contrasts, letting the atmosphere speak for itself.
